Jazz Mash
Jazz Mash is DJ Sandstorm’s funky live experience with soul, funk, hiphop and jazzy dance mashed up. Many times accompanied by live musicians on sax, trumpet and electronic percussion. In 2017 he played a 2 hour ‘Jazz Mash’ set at North Sea Jazz Festival.
Global Flavour
Sandstorm is influenced by the musical blends from different cultures. He worked with Putumayo World Music, his ‘Global Flavour’ radioshow was popular on Dutch Sublime FM and he mixes electronic world beats at festivals and events.
Mashup The 90’s
DJ Sandstorm mixes and mashes his favorite funky decade, the 90’s! Join him on this music journey through funky hiphop, R&B, houseclassics, dancemusic and rave! From De La Soul to Snap and from Chemical Brothers to The Prodigy.
Dance Rocks
His unique and funky ‘rock meets dance’ concept, that became famous through hundreds of mixes and mashups he created for Dutch Radio 3FM, including 16 Yearmixes. His ‘Operation DJ Sandstorm’ mixes were broadcast for 9 years on Dutch 3FM and Radio 2.
Sandstorm Soundsystem
Sandstorm Soundsystem is DJ Sandstorm’s electronic live project. Only hardware, no laptops! Many times accompanied by live musicians on vocals, trumpet and sax.
It’s the sum of 25 years DJ’ing, producing and playing funky eclectic dance music from around the world. Expect funky triphop, dubtechno, breakbeat, drum & bass and more beats and bass driven funk, inspired by the funky 90’s and ready for the future!
